We’ve been continuously updating and optimizing our CarPlay modules, and some of the newer-generation models now use a different switch method. Please try long-pressing the “OK” button on that stalk to switch back to CarPlay. This replaces the old “Back” button method on certain models.

• The video cable is not meant to connect directly to the screen.
• There’s no need to disassemble the screen at all.
• Please check the head unit area — you should see a blue and brown connector, and the video cable should be connected between these two plugs.
