  1. Handling Expiry Error: -If you see the error message "expired" when you log in, you need to connect to the internet to perform the login. -After logging in, it may prompt you to update. Simply close the update prompt. -Restart the MDS and log in again while offline. -This process may need to be repeated periodically to activate the account.
