General Guidelines

  1. Always log in offline.

    Ensure your device is disconnected from the internet before logging in, except in cases outlined below.

  2. Avoid Duplicate Software Instances.

    if you have 2 MDS application opened ,it will not log in

Handling Expiry Errors

If you encounter an "expired" error when attempting to log in, follow these steps:

  1. Connect to the Internet: Temporarily enable internet access.
  2. Log in to MDS: Perform the login while connected.
  3. Dismiss Updates: If prompted to update the software, simply close the update prompt without proceeding.
  4. Restart Offline: First, close MDS completely. Then, disconnect from the internet. Ensure that MDS is fully closed, including checking the system tray to confirm no background processes are running. Finally, restart the MDS software and log in again while offline.

Note: You may need to repeat this process periodically to maintain account activation.
